These terms govern how Detailmatic ("Detailmatic", "we") operates the waitlist and the detailmatic.cz website before the public launch of the application. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

About the waitlist

Detailmatic is in pre-launch. The public release is planned for 2026.
Joining the waitlist is not a service contract or a commitment to a future subscription. It only allows us to invite you to the beta once it is available for your studio.

Who the waitlist is for

The waitlist is intended for detailing studios and businesses in Czechia and the EU. Sign-up is open to natural persons over 18 or legal entities.
Use your own email address when signing up. Do not add other people to the waitlist without their consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, bypasses security measures, or harms other users.
Text, graphics, code, and other website content are protected by copyright and belong to Detailmatic or its partners. You may not redistribute or reuse them without our permission.

How we send invites

Beta invites are sent in waves. We decide the order and capacity at our discretion (studio type, city, signup date).
Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to an invite by a specific date or to free access after the beta ends.
The public launch, pricing, and feature scope may change before release.

Referral program

When you join the waitlist, you receive a personal referral link that you may share with others.
Successful referrals — sign-ups completed via your link by other detailing studios — improve your position in the invite queue. The exact weight of each referral and the resulting order are determined at our sole discretion and may change before launch. No referral creates an entitlement to a specific invite date or to any financial or material reward.
When someone visits the waitlist through your referral link, your first name as entered at sign-up is shown to them to indicate who invited them. By sharing your link you accept this.
Share your referral link only with people who are likely to welcome it. Using it for spam or unsolicited mass distribution is not permitted, and we may disqualify referrals or remove sign-ups that we determine to be the result of abusive sharing.

Limitation of liability

The website and waitlist are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a specific launch date.
Detailmatic is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the site, except where the law states otherwise.

How we handle your email address and other data is described in the separate Privacy Policy document.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example, when the scope of the service or applicable law changes. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Czech courts.
